The Eco Volunteer app is a digital tool intended for the citizens of Subotica. With this app they can identify and map environmental problems in the city. As well as make suggestions for scheduling collective environmental volunteer actions.
The Eco Volunteer app is created to contribute a cleaner and healthier environment at the local level, in the city of Subotica. The main aim with this app was to encourage the cleaning of illegal landfills, to develop the environmental awareness and to obtain the habit of recycling.
Above all, the app should motivate the individuals - "What can I, as an individual, do for a cleaner Subotica?". Functionally, the app offers to track the locations of wild landfills and their removal, independent garbage cleaning actions, as well as to organize group cleaning actions of illegal landfills, and other environmental problems and proposals for solving them.
